Blasting to Begin off Coast near Hanhikivi-1 in Autumn

 The contract also provides for the construction of breakwaters, coastal protection facilities, a mooring, a temporary dam and a canal floodgate. Blasting work will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017, with dredging operations to be finished in the mid-2018.
