His responsibility will be construction and operation of nuclear power plants abroad. Vyacheslav Makhonin was born on 8 November 1959. In 1986, he graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute majoring in Nuclear Power Plants and Facilities and then completed a postgraduate course in St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Before the appointment, he worked as Akkuyu Project Manager and was in charge of ASE’s local office in Turkey.
