Loan for nuclear construction

The loan will be disbursed over a period of 13 years, from 2016 till 2029. According to the agreement, the Arab Republic will repay the loan within 22 years. The first repayment is to be made on 15 October 2029. Russian funds will cover 85% of the project costs.
